We offer a terrific party package for only $150.
What is included in the Party Package:
(We strongly recommend all riders should wear tennis shoes or boots. Flip flops and sandals do not stay in the stirrups very well which causes the rider’s foot to come out of the stirrup. If this happens, we must stop the entire ride to put the rider’s foot back in. Please ask your guests to have children wear appropriate footwear)
Your package includes 20 pony rides. Each ride is 1/4 mile (five times around the track at a walk or slow jog.) All saddles are equipped with safety seat belts to ensure even the littlest cowboy or cowgirl has a safe, fun ride!.
All guests at your party receive FREE unlimited admission into "The Barnyard Petting Farm". (Children under 8 yrs. old must be accompanied by an adult.) Please have someone in your group accompany small children in the petting farm to help remind them to always WALK, not run, and to never chase the animals.
The birthday boy or girl will receive a FREE picture on a pony, which we will put in a special PONYLAND photo card. This photo is a genuine Kodak 4 x 6 print!
You have exclusive use of our party facility which includes four large picnic tables, a barbecue pit, playground, and even a rope and pulley in the tree ready for a pinata! Let us know if you have ice cream and we will store it in our freezer until you’re ready to serve! We have electricity available if you need it.
Our Ponyland Youth Volunteers will gladly assist you in setting up your party, and even clean up for you afterwards!
You can purchase up to ten (10) additional pony ride tickets at a discounted price of only $6.00 each during your party. (Regular price is $7.00 per ride).
Cancellations MUST be made at least 2 weeks prior to your party date to receive a refund. In case of bad weather, you may reschedule your party or you can choose to receive a compensation package with 20 pony ride tickets and 20 petting farm tickets to use whenever you wish. Since South Texas weather forecasts change daily we cannot accept a cancellation due to weather predictions any time prior to 24 hours before your party. Many times the weather forecast changes during the week prior to the party date and most of the time, it's in our favor! Since you are planning an outdoor party, it is advisable to have an alternate plan in mind just in case... (Alternate location, reschedule etc.) Cancellation for other reasons such as illness, personal schedule conflicts etc. will receive the compensation package.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR STAFF OF VOLUNTEERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LIFT YOUR CHILDREN ONTO THE PONIES. IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT BIG ENOUGH TO MOUNT THE PONY AN ADULT FROM YOUR PARTY MUST ASSIST THEM.
RIDER WEIGHT LIMIT IS 100 POUNDS. (If you have a child invited to your party that is over our weight limit but under 130 lbs. if you notify the owner before your party we can arrange to have a small horse available for that particular rider).
